Data sources and card removal
Every apartment on UyScan comes from open listings on OLX.uz and uybor.uz. We show facts about the apartment and a link to the original, and remove a card at the request of the seller or the site.

Every morning we collect open listings of apartments for sale in Tashkent. The figures below are apartments after merging copies.

What we take and how we show it
Our pages show only facts about the apartment and our own analysis. The seller's texts and photos stay on the source site.

| Price, area, rooms, floor and building height | Shown on cards and used for medians. We build the card title ourselves from these parameters. |
| District, market, building type, condition | Shown on cards and used in filters and district pages. |

| Photo | Only in the interactive search: loaded directly from the site's server with the caption “Photo: OLX.uz” or “Photo: uybor.uz”. We do not copy or store photos. |
| Title and description | Not shown. Used only inside our database for keyword search in the bot. |
| Seller's phone and name | Not published on the site or in the bot. You can contact the seller only through the listing on the source site. |

Removal
How to remove a card or a photo
A seller, a photo author or a site can ask us to remove a card. We remove it from search, the bot and future exports within 48 hours.

Tell us briefly who you are
The seller, the photo author or a representative of the site. No documents needed.
If the listing is removed from the site, the card disappears by itself after the next update.

How we link to the sites
- Every card leads to the original listing: that is the only place to contact the seller.
- We write the names OLX and uybor as text, without logos.
- Links to listings pass no search ranking (nofollow), but the site can see that the buyer came from us.
- UyScan is not affiliated with OLX or uybor and does not represent them.
