Who processes the data
The uyscan.uz website and the @UyScanBot Telegram bot (UyScan below). For any question about data, email the address at the end of this document.
What the site collects
The site works without registration and never asks for your name, phone or email.
- No cookies or third-party counters are used at the moment.
- The site's hosting automatically keeps technical logs: IP address, request time, page address and browser type. They are needed to run and protect the site.
- If we add visitor analytics, we will update this document and ask for consent to analytics cookies.
Search on the site
Search filters are kept in the page address, and your place in the list is remembered in the browser tab's memory until you close it. They are not sent to our server. The site loads shared listing files by district, the same for every visitor.
Photos and links to the sites
In the interactive search, listing photos load directly from the OLX.uz and uybor.uz servers. These sites receive your IP address under their own rules. We do not pass them the address of our page.
When you follow a link to a listing or to Telegram, the rules of those services apply.
The @UyScanBot Telegram bot
The bot receives from Telegram only what it needs to send messages and stores:
- your chat ID and Telegram username, if you have one;
- your language and filter settings: districts, budget, rooms and other parameters;
- the subscription date and marks for apartments already sent, so they are not sent again.
The bot does not receive your phone number or location. The /stop command stops the messages. To delete your data completely, email us.
Sellers' data from listings
We do not publish sellers' phone numbers and names, or listing texts and titles, on the site or in the bot. The site's public files contain only apartment parameters and links to listings.
To remove a card or a photo, use the “Sources and removal” page.
How long we keep data
- Hosting technical logs: as long as the hosting provider keeps them.
- Bot data: as long as you use the bot. After /stop your settings are kept so you can come back, and on request we delete them completely.
Your rights
You can find out what data UyScan has about you, correct it or ask us to delete it. We reply within 48 hours. Data is processed under the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Changes to this document
When the document changes, we update the revision date at the top of the page. Significant changes, such as adding analytics, are described in a separate item.
