How it works
One search instead of two sites
Every morning UyScan collects apartment sale listings from OLX.uz and uybor.uz. The same apartment is often posted several times: in the latest update, 17,191 of 49,762 listings turned out to be copies. We merge copies into one card.
Filters run right in your browser: districts, budget, rooms, size, floor, new build or resale, condition, owners only. “Best value” sorting compares the price per m² with the district median in the same market segment.
Listing photos and texts belong to their authors. We show photos straight from the source site with a credit, and every card links to the original listing. We are not an agency and are not affiliated with OLX or uybor.
